• Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹5000. For orders below ₹5000, a standard delivery charge of ₹200 applies.
• International Orders: Shipping charges vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Orders are shipped via Shiprocket.
• Processing Time: 15 business days.
• Shipping Time: 15-20 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 22-25 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status via WhatsApp. Tracking details will be shared with you upon dispatch.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We take full responsibility for lost or delayed packages. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon arrival of the package.
